In celeberating the first fundraising party of the year, Duisburg United shall play a friendly game against Mülheim Strikers of Mülheim an der Ruhr on Saturday March 20, 2010. After the game, a fundraising party shall follow at Schemkesweg 41-43 in Duisburg. Come an support United as it prepares for an interesting season.More info

UNITED VS TURA
United shall play against Tura Rüdinghausen on Saturday March 13th. 2010. This marks a new level of friendly games brought in by the new coach, Angufor. The team shall leave for Witten in a convoy of 8 cars as from 15:00.
Tura Rüdinghausen was created in 1945. They played in the oberliga during the 2002/2003 season. They now play in the Bezirksliga. More info ...

UNITED OPENS SEASON
The 2010 football season would open on Saturday February 20th, when United takes on Rjina City FC at the Wedau training grounds. Coach, Angufor has called on all old and new players to be present as he intends to use the opportunity to make an evaluation of his squad. Esseme Gladstone to head Duisburg United
On the 21.11.2009, during the last general assembly meeting of Duisburg United, Esseme Gladstone was elected to head the association. Gladstone was the only candidate as the current president, Nkamanyi Clement, after two years as president, did not express the wish to run for another term especially as he now heads the Challenge Camerounais. Valentine Forsab was re-elected as Sports director. Gille Nanfack, after 2 years as secretary General, did not also stand for the elections. New Secretary General is Divine Taku, with Josue Tchuipo as assistant. Aurelien Nguegang Ewele was also re-elected as Treasurer replacing Ojong Tabot who did not also ask for another term. Another newcomer is Elvis Forsab who is Facility manager. |

United's president to head the challenge Camerounais
The general assembly of the challenge Camerounais (An association that is made up of almost all other Cameroonian associations in Germany) voted on the 26th. of september 2009 and elected Duisburg United's president, Clement Nkamanyi as its new president. United's members and fans as well as the Cameroonian community in Duisburg welcome this move and see in it a motivation to work harder, do more in promoting the success of the organisation and in presenting a stronger show during challenge competitions.
